Our Pay After Registration arrangement allows eligible clients to apply for selected packages under an agreed payment process. Participation in this arrangement is not automatic for every applicant. All requests are subject to the submission of a signed Pay After Registration Agreement, document verification, and formal confirmation by SwiftCIPC before statutory work commences.

Download the Pay After Registration Agreement from this page. Read the terms carefully, complete your details, and select the package you want.
Sign and date the agreement. Contact SwiftCIPC using the verified WhatsApp or email contact details already configured on the website. Submit the completed agreement and any requested supporting documents.
SwiftCIPC reviews your submission, checks the selected package, confirms the applicable fee and required information, and advises you if anything else is needed. Selecting this arrangement does not automatically constitute approval.
Once the agreement and required information have been reviewed and the arrangement confirmed, SwiftCIPC proceeds with the relevant registration process. Registration remains subject to the applicable registration authority's requirements, processing times, and approval.
For an approved Pay After Registration arrangement, the agreed payment becomes due once the company has been successfully registered. SwiftCIPC issues the invoice in accordance with the agreement.
After the required payment has been received, SwiftCIPC completes the remaining services and deliverables included in the client's selected package, subject to the package terms.
Under this arrangement, the core statutory company registration (CIPC filing and official registration certificate) is carried out first. Once the company is successfully registered, payment of the agreed package fee becomes due. After payment is received, SwiftCIPC completes the remaining compliance, tax administration, and ancillary services included in your package (such as CSD, CIDB, or Tax PINs).
