1. Nature of Services

SwiftCIPC provides independent administrative, documentation, and facilitation services to assist businesses with registrations, returns, filings, and regulatory compliance across statutory bodies in South Africa, including the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), the South African Revenue Service (SARS), the Department of Employment and Labour (COIDA/UIF), the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), and the Central Supplier Database (CSD).

Disclaimer: SwiftCIPC is a private entity and is not an organ of state or directly affiliated with the CIPC or SARS. We act as an independent representative/agent on your behalf.

2. Customer Obligations & Information Accuracy

When requesting any service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and supporting documentation (e.g. certified IDs, proof of address, company registers). SwiftCIPC is not liable for rejected filings, delays, or penalties arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

3. Turnaround Times & Government Processing

Turnaround times stated on our website (e.g., 24–48 hours for standard company registrations) represent estimated preparation and lodgement times. Statutory body delays resulting from government maintenance, verification queues, or system downtime are beyond our direct control, though we actively monitor and follow up on all applications.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All service prices are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR). Where applicable (e.g. qualify-after-registration packages), payment terms must be adhered to as agreed upon completion and verification of the registration documents.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate processing and disbursement of statutory lodgement fees with governmental entities:

• If an application has not yet been processed or lodged with statutory bodies, a cancellation and refund (less administrative banking charges) may be requested.
• Once statutory fees have been paid to CIPC/SARS or documentation has been officially filed, government disbursement fees cannot be refunded.

6. Privacy & Data Protection (POPIA)

We handle all submitted personal records and identification documents in strict accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy and POPIA Statement for full details on document security and data retention.

7. Limitation of Liability

SwiftCIPC and Citadel Digital Services (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from decisions made by regulatory bodies (such as CIPC name reservation rejections, SARS tax audit outcomes, or CIDB contractor grading assessments).
