SwiftCIPC follows a strict data retention policy. Once a requested service has been completed, client documents and personal information are retained for 7 days only to accommodate any immediate corrections or follow-up requests.

After this period, the information is automatically and securely deleted from our systems unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
